A delicious and creamy smoothie that will satisfy your chocolate craving without any guilt.
What you will need
- 1 cup MILKLABĀ® Soy Milk
- 2 dates
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Cacao and Peanut Butter Layered Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup MILKLABĀ® Soy Milk
- 2 dates
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions

Slice four pieces of banana and place on the inside of the cup.

Place into freezer for a few minutes.

Blend milk, dates, bananas, coconut and tahini until thick and smooth.

Pour half of the mixture out into a separate cup.

Add 1 tablespoon cacao and blend again.

Pour the two different mixtures into cup alternatively to create layers.

Garnish with remaining slices of banana and a piece of chocolate.

Melt coconut oil and stir in remaining cacao powder and drizzle over top to finish.
